Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Development Manager to oversee and coordinate activities between our programming and marketing teams. This role involves managing technical projects, ensuring smooth communication, and handling administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Coordination:

Plan, organize, and manage development projects from concept to delivery.

Set milestones, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.

2.  Team Management & Collaboration:

Serve as the liaison between programmers and marketers, aligning technical requirements with marketing objectives.

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to both teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

3. Administrative & Technical Leadership:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Offer technical input on software solutions, infrastructure, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.

4. Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations.

Establish and maintain clear workflows and documentation.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

Regularly update senior management and relevant stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes.

Coordinate with external vendors or partners when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, project management, or a similar managerial role.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and contribute to complex software projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle administrative tasks (budgeting, scheduling, reporting) alongside technical oversight.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
