- Manage and optimize search engine advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and perform bid optimization to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, etc.) to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve targeting and conversions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEA, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Coordinate budgets, deadlines, and expectations with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and company brand guidelines.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing and optimizing SEA/SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) for performance tracking and reporting
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion tracking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to analyze campaign data and trends for continuous improvement
